● pork shank, medium size (2 PCs.),
● dark beer,
● black pepper peas,
● bay leaf,
● cloves (3-5 PCs),
● brew (50 g).
Fill the pork shins with a mixture of water and beer (50: 50). Beer – always dark. Pour over the top of the sagan.
The time in the heated oven is 4 hours. The indicator of readiness is that the meat lags behind the bone by weight.
Serve with sauerkraut, seasoned with onion and butter.
