Ingredients:
● shin,
● salt,
● pepper,
● garlic,
● horseradish,
● burdock.
Cooking
Rub the shin with salt, ground pepper, make punctures with a narrow knife and fill in the punctures with ½ clove of garlic on all sides. In summer, you can cover it with fresh parsley and dill. All wrapped in sheets of horseradish, and on top - in burdock or foil. The sheets should be wrapped with thread, and the foil should be squeezed to prevent voids in the meat. Bake in the oven for about 3-4 hours or bury in a burnt-out fire until morning. Eat either with sauerkraut, or with a salad of any fresh vegetables.
