Rabbit stewed in homemade wine

Ingredients:

● rabbit,

● onion (1 piece),

● garlic (3 cloves),

● salt (2 tbsp),

● ground black pepper (1 St.. L.),

● ground coriander (1 tbsp),

● butter (50 g),

● fresh parsley (50 g),

● the house red wine (300 g),

● water boiled cooled,

● tomato sauce (250 g),

●boiled mushrooms (200 g).

Cooking

Divide the rabbit into portions, fry, and put it in a saucepan. Add onion, garlic, salt, pepper, coriander, parsley, oil, wine, pour water so that it covers the rabbit. Simmer for 30 minutes. Then add the mushrooms and tomato sauce and simmer for another 30 minutes.
