Zibriks with pork side

Composition:

● potatoes

● flour,

● grease.

Cooking

Drain completely grated raw potatoes. Roll into balls in the size of a cherry, roll in flour and fry in melted fat.

Fry pork side with onions until cooked. Serve in a clay pan, sprinkle with herbs.
