Composition:
dough:
● flour (2 cups),
● eggs (2 PCs and 1 egg yolk optional)
● onion juice (3-4 V. L.),
● salt;
filling:
● lamb (fillet) (200 g),
● beef (fillet) (200 g),
● forbid Loy (purified from films) pochonia or beef fat (200 g),
● garlic (5-6 Zubkov),
● marjoram or oregano (oregano) (1 tbsp),
● salt, pepper, coriander to taste,
● sugar (¼ tsp),
● thick broth (2-3 tbsp).
Cooking
The dough
Sift the flour into a large bowl (to fill a slide), make a hole in the center, pour in the onion juice, beat eggs and egg yolk, knead thoroughly. Do not add water. Cover with towel and leave to rest in a cool place for 30 minutes.
Filling
Mince the meat and fat through a meat grinder (fine sieve). Add the grated garlic, salt, spices, sugar and broth, mix well. Put the filling on each circle of dough, roll wizards, carefully take the edges. Boil in well-salted water on low heat for 5-6 minutes after surfacing. Serve with broth in which was brewed the witches, or drain the broth and serve with sour cream or melted butter.
