Sausage peasant

Ingredients:

● pork (10 kg)

● black pepper,

● mustard,

● coriander,

● garlic,

● salt (150 g),

● water (0,5 l).

Cooking

Cut the pork into small cubes, add spices (black pepper, mustard, coriander, salt), boiled water. Mix well, leave for a day, add finely chopped garlic and use a meat grinder to shove the minced meat into the prepared intestines. Bake in the oven for about 1 hour.
