Pots from the farmstead “The manor house OS”

Ingredients:

● potatoes,

● meat,

● yogurt,

● bay leaf,

● greens,

● salt,

● mushrooms.

Cooking

Wash and peel the potatoes. Cut it into large circles and lay it in layers in a pot. Put thin slices of pork on the potatoes. In a separate bowl, mix the curdled milk with finely chopped dill, onion, bay leaf and salt. Pour the curdled potatoes with the meat, close the lid and simmer in the oven at 180 °C for an hour.
