Ingredients:
● Pork tongue (400 g),
● porcini mushrooms (200 g),
● sour cream (70 g),
● onion (50 g),
● carrots (50 g).
Method:
Cook the pork tongue in salted water for 1.5 hours. Fry the onion and carrot. Cook the coarsely chopped mushrooms for 30 minutes, add to the onions and carrots and lightly fry. Put the tongue in a baking dish, add the mushrooms and pour the sour cream. Place in the oven for 30 minutes.
