Ingredients:

● pork (400 g),

● large onions (2 PCs.),

● flour (1 tbsp heaped),

● salt, pepper to taste,

● sour cream (100 g).

Cooking

Cut the pork into large cubes 2-3 cm thick, add salt, add spices (pepper, marjoram, mustard, basil, etc.) and fry. Fry the onion in vegetable oil. As soon as it becomes transparent, sprinkle with flour, pour broth or water. Boil for a few minutes, add sour cream, mix well. Dip the meat and sausage in the sauce. Simmer for 10-15 minutes.

Serve in a pot until pancakes or potatoes are served.
