Machanka

Composition:

● pork (400 g),

● large onions (2 PCs.)

● flour (1 tbsp heaped),

● salt, pepper to taste,

● sour cream (100 g).

Cooking

Pork cut into large cubes with a thickness of 2-3 cm, salt, add spices (pepper, marjoram, mustard, Basil, etc.) and fry. Fry the onions in vegetable oil. As will become transparent, sprinkle with flour, pour the broth or water. Boil for a few minutes, add sour cream, mix well. Dipped in meat sauce and sausage. Simmer for 10-15 minutes.

Apply in the pot to pancakes or potatoes.
