Ingredients:
● ripe juniper berries (1 kg)
● yeast (30 g),
● honey (1-2 cups),
● water (10 l).
Cooking
Juniper berries grind in the mortar with a wooden pestle, pour water. Boil for 30 minutes. Strain the broth and pour it into the saucepan. Pour some broth and dissolve yeast in it. In a saucepan add honey and yeast. Cover it with cheesecloth and leave to ferment for 10-12 hours, after which pour the brew to bottle, clog a bottle. Keep in cool.
