The property is located in the village Karavi at the Svisloch district of the Grodno region, 10 km from the city of Vaukavysk. Here, away from the city dust and polluted air on the spacious lands Swelin, close to the picturesque Creek, which is filled with cold and clean water and rich in berries and mushrooms of the forest, surrounded by small villages, you can truly enjoy the rustic life combined with modern comfort.

In the main house there is a spacious fireplace room where it is so cozy and warm you can spend time with loved ones and celebrate the joyous events. The farmstead can accommodate up to 30 people for overnight stay with all facilities in decorated antique rooms with fabulous, rifled beds. Also there is a kitchen house and a dining room. To the main manor house adjoins a large covered terrace, intended for mass celebrations (weddings, anniversaries, corporate events) for 130 people.

Next to the master's house there is a sort of "rest home", where there is a bath house with steam room and power shower, and a Billiards room with a gorgeous fireplace and bar, and a relaxation room with herbal teas kits; bathroom; terrace. You will be offered various types of specially prepared broom for every taste: birch, oak, juniper. Next to the bath tub there is a large tub (Turaco) with a bar where even in cold weather, the boiler heats two tons of water for a few hours.

Now there are beautiful thoroughbred horses to ride, so as you could explore the spacious lands. The instructor will be ready to help.
