Ingredients:
● fresh pork fillet,
● salt,
● seasonings (cumin, fennel, black pepper),
● soy sauce,
● pomegranate juice,

Cooking
Fresh pork polendvitsa cut across the fibers with a thickness of 1.5–2 cm. Placing in a deep bowl in layers, pour the meat with salt and finely chopped seasonings (cumin, dill, black pepper). Pour one teaspoon of soy sauce over each piece of meat. Leave the meat either in the pantry or in another place with a low temperature, for 2-3 hours. Then pour the pomegranate juice over the meat to cover the last layer by 1 cm. Leave in the marinade for 5-6 hours. Spread the marinated meat on a metal grill rack and fry on hot coals for 10 minutes on each side. After 7-8 minutes of frying, smear the sauce with honey and mustard in relation to each other.
Serve with lingonberry or cranberry sauce.
