Goat ribs

Ingredients:
● goat ribs (1 kg),

● onion (1 kg),

● seasonings (to taste).

Method:

Marinate the goat ribs in finely chopped onion and favorite seasonings for 1-5 hours at room temperature. Next, spread on the grill with hot coals and fry on both sides for 2-3 minutes to the desired degree. Add seasonings to taste.
