Composition:
● goat milk (3 l),
● cheese from goat's milk (0.5 kg),
● the brine (on 1 l of water 100 g salt)
● cumin.
Cooking
Strain the milk into a saucepan, bring it to a boil. Add cheese and stir, cook on minimum heat for 20 minutes. Remove from heat and let stand for an hour. Pravarana ground drain in cheesecloth and after that will drain excess liquid, transfer to a bowl with brine for 10 hours. You can add the cumin. Then put the cheese under pressure.
