Ingredients:
● flour (4 cups),
● egg (1 piece),
● salt (½ tsp),
● maple / birch juice (1 Cup),
● rye moonshine (30 g),
● honey (2 tsp),
● melted butter (3 tbsp),
● cumin, grated (1 tbsp),
● pressed cottage cheese (½ Cup).
Cooking
Mix flour, egg, salt, maple or birch juice. To the juice add pervach and honey, butter, better home-made, grated cumin, cottage cheese. Mix everything thoroughly. The dough should be tight. Roll out the dough to a thickness of 8-10 mm. Stretch to the size of the mold and press hard against the shape of the gingerbread. Use a special mold to form gingerbread cookies. In the absence of such a form, the dough should be cut into lozenges and pierced with a fork on top. Place the gingerbread on a baking sheet and bake in the oven for about 40 minutes at 180 °C.
