Bread soup in salansky

Composition:

● dry bread (300 g),

● lard (150 g),

● eggs (3 PCs.)

● onions (2 PCs.)

● salt, herbs.

Cooking

Fry pork rinds with finely chopped onions and cubes of sliced bread. Fill a pot with 1.5 l of water, put sasmaka, salt and bring to a boil. Once the water comes to a boil, in a saucepan gently pour the mashed eggs, continuously stirring the soup. Add herbs (dill, parsley).
