The estate is situated in a pine forest. 2 km from the highway M1. Near the estate She Otan Bohica. 1 km from the farmstead is situated the health resort "Chabarok", lake, beach. In the village there is post office, store.

The whole estate consists of 3 buildings: main house, guest house and bath. Also for the comfort of tourists there is a gazebo and large covered terrace with barbecue area.

This manor house charm, it is significantly different from others with its unique style. All the rooms of the manor house furnished with expensive antique furniture and this is the result of owners. For many years they all collected, restored and vintage furniture now occupies a worthy place in the interiors of the manor.

I especially want to mention the fireplace room in the bath, which is equipped with soft leather furniture, beautiful Kamnik portal of the 18th century and other unique toppings that creates a special coziness of the space. In the basement of the baths is a wine cellar, where the owners have collected a unique collection of antique barrels, weights and copper-ware, 2 vintage cupboards and exquisite chests.

Not to mention the main manor house, where everything breathes with luxury of the old aristocratic mansions. This mirror kamadan, and carved hill figures, as well as a gorgeous table that comfortably hosts 12 people. And as well winter night cling to tile ovens, which is also available in the house. Here elements of the old interior are juxtaposed with modern appliances. A well-equipped kitchen (with gas hob, mcrowave oven and fridge) and everything you need: bathroom with shower and washing machine, Underfloor heating. The house has a TV with DVD player (karaoke), satellite TV, Wi-Fi.
