Beef tongue in sour cream sauce

Ingredients:
● beef tongue (500 g),

● onion (50 g),

● sour cream (100 g),

● horseradish (20 g).

Method:

Dip the tongue in boiling water, add salt, pepper, and bay leaf. Cook for 3 hours on low heat. Remove the tongue, put it under cold water, and remove the rough skin. Cut and hang on a deep plaque. Finely chopped onion fry until golden brown. Mix sour cream, horseradish, add onion, and pour the sauce over the tongue. Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven for 10 minutes.
