Apples from the oven


● apples (sour, hard, late varieties; classic version - grade Antonovka),

● black rye bread,

● solid honey.


Grease a baking sheet with oil or fat. Spread slices of black rye bread on it. Rinse the apples, remove the stalks and pits. Fill the cut-out space with solid honey. Put the resulting apples on slices of bread.

Bake in the oven for 20 to 30 minutes. But you need to watch that everything does not flow out after 15 minutes.

Wonderful farmer's dessert: delicious apples and bread. Served at the end of the dinner.
