Turkey with white sauce

Ingredients:

● turkey meat (1-2 kg.),

● salt,

● spices to taste,

● oil (1 tbsp.),

● flour (2 tbsp.),

● broth,

● egg yolks (2 pcs.)

● lemon juice / sour cream (2 tbsp.).

Method:

Wash the turkey and cut it into pieces, add salt, add spices and put it to cook. When the meat is soft, melt a spoonful of butter, mix with flour, dilute with strained broth and, stirring, bring to a boil.

Beat the yolks, add a little lemon juice, mix with the sauce, heat, but do not boil. Pour this sauce over the meat. Lemon can be replaced with 2 tablespoons of sour cream.
