Composition:
● meat
● potatoes
● onions,
● carrots,
● Bulgarian pepper,
● tomatoes,
● vegetable oil
● spices, pepper, salt (to taste).
Cooking
Meat cut across the grain in small pieces, send in a pan with a well-heated vegetable oil and fry until Golden brown.
Slice the carrot, onion – half rings, sweet pepper – thin strips, tomatoes – small cubes.
The meat in the pan add the carrots first (fry 5 minutes), then onion (fry until Golden brown 3-4 minutes, stirring constantly), then peppers (fry 5 minutes), and finally the tomatoes, simmer everything for another 3-5 minutes.
To cook a roast add to the pan cut into small cubes or cubes potatoes, pepper, salt, season all spices and herbs, and sauté 5 minutes, then pour boiling water and cover. Simmer on medium heat until the potatoes are done, about 30-40 minutes after boiling water.
