Sour pancakes with tuks

Composition:

● whey / kefir

● salt,

● soda,

● potatoes.

Cooking

Knead dense dough in the serum, or yogurt, add a little salt and baking soda and leave in a warm place for about half a day (minimum 3 hours). Then on a fine grater grate the potatoes (4-5 PCs. on 3 l dough), add the dough and leave it again for a couple of hours.

Pancakes can be served with the fat of the fried meat, bacon and onion.
