Composition:

Cooking
Wash the meat, put in a saucepan, cover with cold water. Cook until tender. Cut into cubes the potatoes and add to broth. In a pan fry the beets, cut into strips. Add the onion and carrots, diced. Sauté carrots and onions until Golden brown. Add the tomato paste and tomatoes (to grate without skin). Once the sauce thickens, pour a glass of broth. There also add bell pepper, diced. Pathsize 10 minutes. Add the roast into the broth, when boiling – add a lot of greens (parsley, dill). Give packice 5 minutes, a tiny piece of old bacon and clove of garlic (you must first zdravnicy it in a mortar) to throw in the soup. Immediately shut off.
