Potato wedges from the Agriturismo “Winch”

Composition:

● fat with a meat layer (0.5 kg),

● potatoes (1 kg)

● onion (6 PCs. big size),

● milk (0,5 l)

● salt, pepper to taste.

Cooking

The fat layer to cut into pieces (1×1 cm) and fry in a pan, add the onion and fry all together until Golden brown. In a separate cast-iron saucepan pour the grated potatoes and all that was prigotovlena in the pan. Mix. In a separate container, the milk, bring to boil and pour into a common pot. Cover and place in oven for 40 minutes. Salt and pepper to taste.
