Potato pancakes with mushroom gravy

Ingredients:

● potatoes (1 kg)

● flour (100 g),

● chicken egg (1 piece),

● baking soda (on the tip of a knife),

● sunflower oil (50 g),

● salt and spices to taste;

withous:

● dried or fresh mushrooms (50 g),

● flour (1 tbsp),

● onions (20 g),

● salt and spices to taste.

Cooking

Peel the potatoes, wash, grate on a coarse grater. Add the egg, flour, mix well, season with salt and pepper. Heat the oil in a pan, using a spoon put pancakes on the pan and fry them on medium heat on both sides until golden color.

Sauce

Soak the mushrooms in cold water for 2 hours. Drain the water from the mushrooms, strain and boil the mushrooms in the same liquid. Fry the cooked mushrooms and onions in butter. Fry the flower in a dry pan, add 2 cups of mushroom broth into the flower, cook for 5 minutes. Add the mushrooms, salt and cook for 10 minutes. Pancakes are served with mushroom sauce.
