Ingredients:
● wheat flour (2 kg)
● home natural milk (1 l)
● yeast (50 g)
● margarine (125 g)
● salt (0.5 tsp.)
● sugar (1 Cup)
● raisins (200-300 g)
● butter (100-150 g)
● vanilla (1 pack)
● one egg for greasing, cinnamon or sugar.
Cooking
In the flour, make a recess and pour in the yeast diluted in warm milk, stir with the flour and let the mass come up. Then melt the margarine in the remaining milk and pour hot into the solution, add salt, sugar, vanilla, raisins and knead the dough. Do not add flour, but to make the dough lag behind the hands, lubricate them with oil. The dough should be warm, not very steep, then the pies will be lush. Put the kneaded dough in a warm place and let it come up 2 times.
Grease the baking sheet with oil. From the dough, weave pigtails, make rolls or fill with apples and put on a baking sheet. Brush with beaten egg, sprinkle with sugar and poppy seeds and put to bake. The baking time depends on the oven or oven. If the center begins to burn, and the sides are still white, you need to put a sheet of foil in a dark place and continue to bake until the crust is evenly baked.
