Pancakes with meat from the farm "Father's house"

Composition:

● minced meat (pork + beef),

● onions,

● potatoes

● eggs

● flour,

● salt,

● pepper,

● oil

● sour cream;

● the greens.

Cooking

Peel the potatoes and grate on a fine grater. Add the flour, salt, pepper, eggs – mix well. The minced meat add salt, pepper, add finely chopped onion, herbs and mix well. In a pan heat the oil and put the potato mixture in the form of pancakes. From the meat to form a small pancake, put on top of potato pancakes and pour 1 tablespoon of potato dough. Fry pancakes on one side until Golden brown. Then the pancakes to flip, cover the pan, reduce the heat and cook until ready.

Serve pancakes hot with sour cream.
