Machanka with pancakes

Ingredients:

● sour cream,

● flour,

● onions,

● water,

● milk,

● salt,

● sugar,

Cooking

Cut the meat into 2 pieces per serving, fry, pour the broth and simmer. In the broth that remains after stewing, prepare a sauce of sour cream, passerovannoy flour and onions. Pour the sauce over the meat, fried sausage and bring to a boil. Serve the pancakes separately.

Pancakes: in a small amount of water or milk, dissolve salt, sugar, add yeast previously diluted in warm water, add eggs and mix until smooth, then add melted fat and mix again until smooth. The dough is left in a warm place for 3-4 hours. During fermentation, the dough is mixed. Pancakes are baked on cast-iron pans, greased with fat.
