Goose baked with apples
Ingredients:
● goose (2,5 kg.),
● salt (2 tbsp.),
● ground red pepper (2 tbsp.),
● oil (2 tbsp.)
● small apples (5-6 pcs.).
Method:
Gut the goose carcass, soak it in cold water. Rub with salt, garlic, red pepper and oil. Leave to marinate for a day.
Inside the goose, put small apples (you can cut them in half). Then sew up the abdomen with threads, put it in a baking bag and place it in a preheated oven for 2.5 hours at 180 °C.
