Composition:

● pepper (0.5 tsp.),
● salt (0.5 tsp.),
● seasoning different 1 g,
● minced pork (200 g gnocchi 4 × 50 g);
seasoning:
● onion (1 piece),
● fat (100 g).
Cooking
Potatoes RUB on a small grater, and then in gauze pressing juice. In the resulting mass add the remaining ingredients. All permeate.
Of dough to make the pieces. In the middle to add the filling. Pieces scathach in the balls in the pan.
Fry. Add into the pan the grease and water and under cover simmer for 15 minutes.
Viklasti on a plate, pour Saperavi. To taste you can use a variety of soup, sour cream.
