Eggs stuffed with mushrooms

Ingredients:

● dried mushrooms (100 g),

● carrots (1 pc.),

● onions (0.5 pcs.),

● eggs (10 pcs.),

● coriander powder (to taste),

● ground black pepper (to taste),

● oil (100 g),

● garlic (1 clove),

● salt (to taste).

Cooking

Cook the dried mushrooms for 40 minutes, then rinse well, mince. Pre-fry the grated carrots in a pan, add finely chopped onions, pepper, add coriander. Mix everything and fry a little more. Add the mushrooms previously passed through a meat grinder, salt, pour oil, mix. Fry in a pan for 5 minutes, stirring constantly. Add finely chopped garlic. Cover and leave for 3 minutes.

Boil 10 eggs. Cut, take out the yolks, mix with the previously prepared mixture. Fill the cut proteins with the prepared mushroom mixture and anoint with mayonnaise on top.

Can be decorated with tomatoes.
