Dumplings with prunes and cottage cheese

 Ingredients:

● flour (300 g)

● eggs (4)

● sugar (150 g)

● milk 1,8 % (100 g)

● salt (1 tsp)

● cottage cheese 8 % (250 g)

● prunes (200 g)

Cooking

For 440 g of dough - 550 g of filling. Prunes should be thoroughly washed, filled with water and boiled over low heat. Dry the boiled prunes, chop them and add sugar. Then add the cottage cheese to the prunes and mix until smooth.

Let's start kneading the dough.
The egg should be mixed with salt in a separate container. Add the sifted flour and boiling water. Knead the dough. Roll it out into a layer about 3-4 mm thick. Cut circles out of the dough. In the center of each circle, put the filling and form dumplings. Put the dumplings in boiling water and cook. During the cooking process, it is necessary to periodically stir the dumplings in the pan so that they do not stick together.

Serve with sour cream.
