Belarusian friedge

Composition:

●beet,

●cucumber,

●green onion,

●dill,

●parsley,

●chicken egg,

●sour cream,

●vinegar

●water,

●salt, sugar (to taste).

Cooking

Boil the beets until tender, boil hard-boiled eggs. Clean the beets and eggs. With cucumbers remove the skin. Separate eggs into whites and yolks. Beets, cucumbers and proteins RUB on a coarse grater. Onion, dill and parsley finely chopped. Put the greens (with onion) and the yolks in a bowl, sprinkle with salt and thoroughly knead all takachika. Mix all ingredients in a large saucepan, add sour cream, vinegar, salt, sugar and all mix well. Gradually add water (a little more). Add salt and vinegar if necessary.
