Zucchini pancakes

Ingredients:

● zucchini (1 pc.),

● potatoes (2-3 pcs.),

● carrots (1 pc.),

● onion (1 pc.),

● egg (1 pc.),

● garlic, salt, pepper to taste,

● flour to taste.

Cooking:

Zucchini (preferably not hard) peel, cut and remove the pulp. Grate on a coarse grater.

Grate potatoes, carrots and onions grate on a fine grater.

Mix all grated vegetables. Add egg, salt, garlic, flour. The less flour, the softer and lighter the pancakes will be.

Stir the dough and bake the tortillas in butter until golden brown. Serve with sour cream or garlic sauce. The pancakes can be eaten hot or cold.
