Composition:

● beet tops (best of class “chard”),

● smoked ears / bones

● cumin,

● potatoes

● carrots,

● greens

● boiled eggs (1 PC.),

● flour,

● sour cream.

Cooking

Tops fermenting or pickling; if a dish is prepared from fresh beet tops, you need to add citric acid or vinegar.
