Tench stuffed with vegetables
Ingredients:
● fish,
● onions (4-5 pcs.)
● carrots (2 pcs.)
● mushrooms
● sour cream,
● lemon,
● tomato.
Directions:
Wash, dry the fish, salt it inside and on the outside, leave for 30 minutes.
Prepare vegetable stuffing: chop onion and carrots. Separately fry the onion until it becomes soft and of a golden colour. Separately fry the carrots until soft. Mix the onions and carrots, if you wish, you can add fresh mushrooms, cut into strips and fry until golden colour.
Prepare foil. Put the sour cream on the foil and slices of lemon and tomato. Spread the sour cream on one side of the tench, put on the foil to the prepared slices of lemon and tomatoes, then stuff with fried onions and carrots, and mushrooms. Add slices of tomatoes. Spread the sour cream on the other side of the tench, put on the top of the fish slices of lemon and tomato. Wrap the fish and wrap in an additional piece of foil.
Bake in an oven on 180-200 ° C for 40-50 minutes.
