Stuffed pike
Ingredients:
● pike,
● lard,
● onion
● garlic,
● wheat bread,
● eggs
● salt,
● pepper.
Directions:
Peel and wash the pike. Then, cut the rib bones from the inside, not cutting through the skin. After that, remove the pulp from the bones.
Stuff the pike with fish fillet, lard, onion, garlic, wheat bread, eggs, salt, pepper. Bake in oven at 180-200 ° C for 30 minutes.
