Ingredients:

● onion
● garlic,
● bread,
● milk,
● oil,
● egg,
● salt,
● pepper.
Directions:
Peel the fish, do not cut off the head, remove the gills, and take out the pulp. Remove the bones and add to the pulp some fried onion, garlic, bread soaked in milk. Grind everything in the meat grinder, add soft butter, egg, salt, pepper and stir. Fill the carp’s skin with the mass and bake in the oven.
