Stsulyok

Ingredients:

● fresh pork bladder,

● minced meat,

● condiment,

● salt.

Cooking

Inflate fresh pork bladder through a straw, dry. Before filling, when it becomes too dry, blanch. Put condiment and salt in the minced meat. At the beginning of the stsulyok make a small slot and fill it with minced meat as much as possible, sew up the hole. Tie it with a thread and dry well. Hand-cut minced meat makes stsulyok a luxury product.
