Ingredients:
● small cabbage (1 piece);
● carrots (2 large pieces);
● sausages (sausages, ham) (300 g);
● salt,
● pepper,
● bay leaf,
● dill, onion,
● oil.
Method:
Finely chop the cabbage. Grate the carrots. Cut the sausage into small cubes. Take a pot with a thick bottom or a kettle. Fry the carrots a little in oil, add the sausages, and fry. Add the cabbage, mix everything, add salt and pepper. You can add a little water. Simmer for about an hour, until the cabbage is soft and golden. In the end, add 2-3 bay leaves and chopped dill.
Before serving, sprinkle with green onions.
