Soup of wild mushrooms from the farm “Christmas Tree-sticks”

Composition:

● potatoes (900 g),

● carrots (100 g)

● onion (90 g),

● frozen mushrooms (1000 g)

● salt (1 tbsp),

● spices

● oil (70 g),

● water (5 l).

Cooking

Pour water into a saucepan, add the washed mushrooms. Until the mushrooms are cooked, cut the potatoes into strips. Then add the potatoes to the mushrooms, there also add spices. Fry the onions with the carrots. Add the sauteed vegetables to the soup, after cooking for a further 20-25 minutes. Serve soup with sour cream and garnish with greens.
