Soup with lamb

Composition:

● lamb

● potatoes

● cabbage,

● onions,

● carrots,

● sweet pepper,

● tomatoes,

● green onions

● dill,

● tomato sauce,

● spices

● sour cream.

Cooking

Cook lamb (40 minutes).

Peel the potatoes, cut into small pieces, add to broth and cook until tender. Petkovci cabbage and add to broth.

In a pan fry chopped onion, add the carrots, peppers, tomatoes, green onions and dill. In the end, add tomato sauce and spices.

Mix is ready add to the pot with the broth.

Serve with sour cream.
