Composition:
● potatoes
● minced meat “Ezsk”,
● egg
● onions,
● flour,
● salt,
● pepper,
● vegetable oil (for frying),
● smetana (for submission)
Cooking
Raw potatoes RUB on a large grater. Add the egg, flour, salt, pepper to taste, smeezy. In forcemeat add finely chopped onion, salt and pepper to taste. In a pan heat the oil, put 1 tablespoon of the potatoes like a pancake, on top of the stuffing in a thin layer, and on top of mincemeat 1 tablespoon of potatoes. Fry on both sides.
