Shurpa “Labedzka”

Composition:

· mutton (goat meat) (1.5 kg),

· onion (1 piece),

· bell pepper (1 piece),

· tomatoes (3 PCs.)

· carrots (3 pieces)

· potatoes (5 PCs.)

· salt (1 tsp),

· pepper (1 tsp),

· spices (1 tsp),

· Bay leaf (3 PCs.)

· garlic (1 clove),

· spaghetti (100 g),

· parsley (50g).

Cooking

Slice the lamb (Caslano) a large portion pieces, put into a saucepan, add cold water and simmer in the cauldron. Add the coarsely chopped onion, saute 3-5 minutes, put the chopped carrot, after 3-5 minutes, the tomatoes, even after 3-5 minutes, potatoes. Pepper, season with spices, put the whole peeled only from the top peel a head of garlic and the parsley in a bunch. Add spaghetti. Stew for 5-10 minutes, serve soup to the table.
