Composition:
● meat (rib meat) (2 kg),
● carrots (3 pieces)
● potatoes (6 PCs.)
● onion (3 pieces)
● garlic (1 head),
● Melany black pepper (½ tsp),
● Bay leaf (3 PCs.)
● salt to taste.
Cooking
Shurpa hunting Nalibokskaya cooked over an open fire. In a large kettle put meat and chopped rib meat of wild animals (elk, deer, ROE deer), cover with water, bring to a boil. Add the coarsely chopped carrots and potatoes. When the meat separated from the bones, add onion, garlic, salt, pepper and Bay leaf. Apply hot soup with fresh dill and parsley each. The meat can be laid out and served on a separate plate.
