Pumpkin porridge


● pumpkin (0.5-1 kg)

● semolina (2-3 tbsp.)

● milk (1 cup)

● sugar - to taste,

● salt - to taste,

● oil, spices, raisins, berries, honey - optional.


Cut the pumpkin into small pieces, pour the milk, cook on low heat. Then add the semolina, sugar, salt, spices and cook, stirring constantly, cook on medium heat until it becomes soft.

Add some butter in a prepared porridge and serve hot.

You can add honey, steamed raisins, fresh berries.
