The farmstead is situated 75 km from Minsk, in a picturesque place on the shore Siska reservoir of the river Western Berezina (50 m from the house). Cosy house (6 separate rooms, 11 double beds, 2 bathrooms) with all amenities, Russian stove with stove bench, satellite TV, karaoke, DVD.

On the estate there is a lawn, garden, flower beds, Playground for sports games (volleyball, badminton, mini-football), table tennis, electronic Darts, shooting range, bikes, boats. Fans of Russian bath on firewood. Perhaps learning fishing and scuba diving. On request, the estate organises day trips and water trips on the Western Berezina through the Nalibokskaya Pushcha, and also a variety of excursions.
