The potatoes in the oven with mushrooms

The composition (on a pot with a capacity of 0.5 liters):

● boiled potatoes (medium) (2 PCs.)

● chicken breast (100 g),

● mushrooms medium (3-4 pieces)

● cheese (25-30 g),

● mayonnaise (1 tbsp).

Cooking

Boil potatoes half a chicken breast cut into cubes and marinate in mayonnaise and seasoning for chicken, mushrooms cut into cubes, cheese to grate on a coarse grater.

First layer: on the bottom of the pot potatoes, diced; second layer: marinated breast; third layer: mushrooms; fourth layer: cheese; fifth layer: mayonnaise, butter.

Bake in the oven at 200 °C, 90 minutes. Serve with fresh vegetables.
