Potatoes from the oven

Composition:

● pork ribs,

● potatoes

● meat

● carrots,

● onions,

● salt,

● seasoning for potatoes,

● parsley,

● dill.

Cooking

Pork ribs fry in butter, add salt, add spices. Put in the pot. Carrots, onions cut into rings, placed there too. Add the salt, spices for potatoes, parsley and dill. Cut the potatoes into slices, put in pot, mix well.

Pour water to cover the potatoes. Pot cover with a lid. To put it in a hot oven for 3-4 hours.

Serve hot.
