Potatoes-accordion

Ingredients:

● potatoes

● bacon

● cheese,

● mushrooms.

Cooking

Peel the potatoes. Choose not very large, long shape potatoes. Make cuts across potatoes not cutting to the edge. In each cut put a slice of bacon. You may mix the bacon with cheese and slices of mushrooms. Season with pepper, wrap in foil (You may put a clove of garlic there) and put in the oven for 40 minutes.
